- Susan calmana Review added: 2018.05.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I live in the Horizons Tower, big mistake for me to buy this property, in the lower floor, as this waste plant makes tones of noise Monday to Friday, and very bad smell from the rubbish that they process, the wind constantly blowing our way, which makes us the worst sufferer. Please relocate your plant to somewhere with less/ or NO resident! Would give this site minus 10 stars if there is an option to do so.
