  Dear North Bridge House Schools,
  
  I 'feel' that my review is actually rather factual and I know that I have spoken on behalf of many students who have attended NBHC.
  
  I can confirm that you still have mistakes on your website regarding results and courses being studied by former students. Perhaps if you took the time to engage with parents and pupils alike you would realise this and maybe work on the feedback given to you.
  
  It is common knowledge that the ALIS program is useful when measuring if a large group (statistically significant) of students will under or over achieve based on GCSE results. However, on an individual level ALIS has a tendency to under predict, thus forming the image that most students have exceeded their predictions. It also monitors a very limited amount of skills which should not be wholly relied on considering schools should also review students' potentials as individuals. Furthermore, even Durham stated that the program was 'no longer functioning as effectively as it could'.
  
  I would like to reiterate my point that parents should investigate more thoroughly into NBHC before sending their sons or daughters. I hope the school will note down the countless advice that has been given by the entire student and parent community already, and perhaps even take action in improving the school.
  
  Thank you for the offer of contacting someone directly but I feel it would be a waste of time considering you didn't listen to any of the former students complaints whilst they were studying at NBHC.
  This will be my final comment.
