- Megan Bonin Review added: 2018.02.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not go here if you are looking for treatment. A nurse gave me the wrong medication on purpose and said it was to “help me”. I asked for Tylenol and she gave me a narcotic drug Tramadol. The same nurse I believe her name is Shawna was completely inappropriate trying to discuss trauma with me.
My consultant (doctor handling my case) avoided me for 3 days even though she was in the hospital for 2 of them.
As a voluntary patient it says you can come and go as you please, but the staff says you can’t leave except an allotted amount of time supervised unless you contact the advocate who reads them their own hospital policy..
They do a passover in between shifts to know what’s going on with the patients for the day, but some of the staff doesn’t know what they are doing and seem as though they have not been trained. Examples of this are not being able to find medication or they dispense the wrong medication. Not knowing a patient is going through withdrawals. Not knowing where the office is.
This place made me worse would never recommend it for anyone.
