- Tony West Review added: 2018.05.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bricked my laptop. Completely useless and awful customer service. I took my laptop to these guys for an over heating problem. Expressly asked to not make any changes without checking with me first. They informed me that they had cleaned it but also removed malware. Unfortunately I am unable to verify either of these claims as the laptop now refuses to start.
Emails requesting a solution to my bricked laptop are met with responses claiming no responsibility. I called and was handed over to a technician who was rude and confrontational . I am now currently waiting for a call back from the manager.
Will update this review based on final outcome.
