- Lesley Farmer Review added: 2018.03.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The NFRC were dismissive, difficult and utterly useless. The first 'expert' I spoke to was extremely hostile and no help whatsoever with the bad NFRC member roofer I had employed. In the end, after a year of problems, I gave up and paid for the faulty work to be rectified by another firm. At this point, wondering if there was any redress at all, I contacted the NFRC again only to be told by a different person that the original advice I had had was wrong. They could have helped, but now, because another roofer was involved, it was too late. His apology was of no consolation.
