- Hannah Fox Review added: 2018.11.10★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor customer service - I felt the manager/owner and some of the staff are rude and unprofessional. They messed up the appointment timings really badly but there was no apology and I felt that I was being unreasonable even mentioning it! The eyelash work and therapist were very good, but I will never use this salon again due to the very negative customer service experience.
- Nikki Sim Review added: 2018.10.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This salon double dips (as in uses the same spatula multiple times for one client). I stopped my treatment once I realised. I would never go again as this is well known to be a highly unhygienic practice.
