All the staff are really lovely and you feel you are part of an N8 family when you go there. I went to N8 Health because I had been suffering with really bad neck pains which gave me migraines and affected my sleep. I also had a really sore hip and shoulder. After the second adjustment my migraines stopped and my neck was so much better. Lots of the other aches and pains are almost gone and my overall health is so much better. I joke with Paul about his magic hands. It really seems like magic that the adjustments can have such a profound effect on all parts of your body and on your general health. Thank you Paul and the whole N8 family for your care and expertise and general loveliness.
