  The reason I am leaving a 1 star rating is because the customer care and service is absurd. I signed up and created an account with dr. Murad skin care in 2015 Spending a total of £4,000 on the professional skin care range to carry out facial treatments in my salon. Over the months I made orders through my account but was near told when signing up that I had to make a minimum purchase or that I had to order every 6 consecutive months to keep my account open. I tried to place an order on Thursday 2nd Novemever 2017 only to be told that my account has been closed down with no warning or notice because there was no activity on my account for 18 months, even though my last order was 12 months ago and was told they don't chase clients up that haven't had recent activity on their account because they must have left the country or died. I explained that this was not the terms & conditions I signed up for but was then told the company was taken over 18 months ago and the policy has changed, I was never informed of this and aparently didn't need to be because I was presumably dead or psychic so my only alternative if I want to stay with murad is if I now spend another £4,000 to open a new account with them and I will have to spend £400 every month to keep my account active. Not today satan. Not today. So if you are concidering making an account with murad make sure you are also a trained psychic to predict any changes in policy, and have money trees in your salon for the £400 per month orders on products that will last you a lot longer unless you're using them to also clean your house, wash your car and shower with. And just so we are clear I am not writing this from my grave because I didn't die 1 month after my last order.
