  Dear Susan,
  
  We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced at the salon.
  
  Regarding the prices, they will change if the client decides to have a different treatment when they are in the salon; also if the client is using the discount voucher the prices may vary depending on the service, but in any case all our hairdressers discuss the prices previously so the client is aware of what they are going to be charge (and our pricelist is at the reception to take away). We love to maintain everything clear for our customers, that is one of the reasons why the 90% of our clients are regulars. Likewise, all our staff is plenty qualified and experienced including Moustafa who has more than 40 years as hairdresser.
  
  We kindly invite you to come at the salon between Tuesday to Saturday to discuss your bad experience and see what we could do as we hadn't been aware of any personally complaint at the salon in the past.
  
  At the same time, we invite to all readers to visit our hair salon to experience our professional and friendly atmosphere.

  I would NOT recommend this salon. They are unprofessional, Moustaffa chain smokes at the front door and then touches your hair without washing his hands. Have been charged a different price each time I've been. Was told one price before my cut/colour and charged a different afterwards. Unsure if staff are actually qualified. Just don't go here is my advice.
