It's super easy to book/cancel classes on the app. The mats are all laid out for you and bolsters, bricks and blankets all supplied. There's a variety of yoga styles taught and all classes I've attended have been enjoyable and I leave feeling rejuvenated. Accessible enough for beginners and challenging enough for advanced. Enough classes on offer that if you can't make it one day they'll be something for you the next day.
