From start to finish Katherine was so patient with me and give me so much advice and help when we were choosing which tones to add to my hair. The extensions themselves have been put in so well and look so natural, they are not at all noticeable when I have my hair down or even in a pony tail. I was told after having extensions they might be a bit sore to sleep on for the first day or two but I had absolutely no problem with them and I barely notice they are there.
