Not only is she very skilful and experienced, she is also great with people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself. I went to see her for the first time and I was greeted by her very friendly staff. Both Dr. Lo and her team made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. She was sensitive to my fears and took me through every stage of the treatment patiently and even made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood. After 6 months of treatment and getting my braces removed, I cannot be more satisfied with the results. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended.
