Booked apt for wash and cut at 16.30 then phoned to reschedule for 17.00 as running late-presented there on time and see the hairdresser is doing highlight on another client. After 40mins wait I had to ask what was going on, the hairdresser wasn't even expecting me!! And thought I was waiting for threading! the threading service was quiet no way would I have waited so long for it. They were absolutely rude and had no communication with each other. I explained the situation and the girl with the poor English thought I said 16.15 as I'm running late?! How can I be 15mins early when I called to say I'm running late! It actually gets worse, wait for it, the hairdresser then charges me £20.00 when I was told by the other woman it was £18.00. The customer service was just awful.I will not be going back there. I wouldnt give any stars.
