- Ghost Note City Review added: 2018.10.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to collect my guitar and they lied and said it was fixed, when I got home the intonation hadn't been adjusted, it still had the old strings and the earthing was still causing him. I returned the guitar and a week later went to collect it again, this time it still had a hum, still had the old strings and still hadn't been adjusted so I had to wait another 45 mins while they fixed it, in the end it still has a buzz

I came back the next day and he forgot to tune it a whole step down, which I specifically requested. He told me "it should be fine" when any music related person knows that the tension it's not the same when you change the tunings. Got home and my guitar it's buzzing all over the fretboard, go figure why! I brought a new nut, he changed it and didn't gave me the old one. He also wanted to charge me 10 pounds more than specified in his website. Not cool, bad experience overall. Awful costumer service, messy, didn't care about the instrument, which was brand new. Never returning again.
