  There are very few days when our son doesn't reminisce or tell us a story about some fantastic time he had with Michael.
  
  He joined Michael at 17 months and was with him until he turned three (when he moved to the full time nursery class at his primary school). Every day with Michael was full of adventure, learning, and fun. Even hearing about the adventures on the DLR, the bus, scooters, or skateboards exhausted us. The visits to museums, beaches, city farms, parks, and woods were the norm rather than the exception.
  
  Michael strikes the perfect balance of firm and fun. We were so appreciative of the effort that Michael put into encouraging manners, independence, and resilience. His charges are clear of what is expected and love impressing him with their successes. We often heard proud cries of ‘I did it by myself’ as children put shoes and jackets on at the end of the day or successfully balanced on a beam in the back garden.
  
  We loved that Michael fostered a real sense of community and friendship amongst the parents. This sense of community and friendship reflected the strong bonds that the children in his care forged in their time with him.
  
  Michael has a clear passion and a very real knack for working with young children – and we learnt lots from him as parents. We felt like a team working with Michael. Like us he wanted the absolute best for our son. All the children in Michael’s care clearly adore him and he them. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Your children would be lucky to be in Michael’s care.
