The actual administration/customer service is quite poor though, we're never told costs of treatment & medicines until you go the till and are just asked to insert your card. Costs can be quite high, but they dont tell give a breakdown or explanation of costs. We were given prescriptions with someone elses name on it multiple times, and it took a long time for them to correct this once informed. Even after informing them and requesting a new invoice, we still have inaccurate info on the invoice, which is missing some of our cat's correct medical history which is worrying
