Took property possession on new build flat in Jan 16.
The building quality is too bad. There is a leakage through wall and all my window. I have water leaking in my flat every time it rains. I have complained about it 2 days after I took possession of my flat with no resolution yet.
Finish quality of flat is rubbish, I have raised snagging issues about my flat and its been 10 months and its still not resolved (review written on 04th Oct 16)
Response from New Home team doesn't exists. I have been calling them every week with no response from them.
For the money you are paying you will get a better deal anywhere else. DO NOT BUY!
