- Douglas Higgins Review added: 2018.10.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Quite honestly I've had some of the worst customer experiences here and on a regular basis. My CLA45 AMG was dropped off on a Saturday morning due to a smashed side window and I was assured that the new window was ordered and would be fitted on Monday. No email correspondence, no quotes, no explanations until I was told on Tuesday morning that it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. Arrive 4pm on Wednesday afternoon expecting it to be ready, only to be told that an engineer only started work on it 3 hours earlier and it could take another few hours!!! No proper communication and the service people are devoid of all charm. Never using them again and will always get my car serviced by an independent garage like Service Stop in future. Appalling, especially for a premium car manufacturer in a central London location.
