- Samba5 Review added: 2018.02.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Atrocious Customer Service and rude staff. Assistant Manager would not give her name on the phone to me but I’m sure their Head Office will know who it is. Would only offer my husband an exchange on the coat he bought me for Christmas that is too big. We live 30 miles from the store and I do not work in the City so absolutely useless to me. Spoke to a helpful, polite lady at Mango Head Office who apologised and is taking the matter further with a hopefully satisfactory resolution. Certainly would NOT use this branch again!
