- Vijay Patel Review added: 2018.09.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Due incompetent staff at Malaysia Airline check-in desk Sydeny ,they told me my return ticket was not valid, due to not using my outbound. Made me buy new return ticket over £1k for my flight to Kuala Lumpur with MA and then BA to Heathrow. When I went to check-in my BA flight, I found out my BA flight was valid. Therefore Malaysia Airline staff at Sydney made a error by telling me my entire ticket was void , when it was not. They are refusing to refund the cost of the unnecessary ticket they told me to buy.
- Stanley Chen Review added: 2018.06.30★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Really horrible service. There isn’t anymore ticketing office here and only left with the administration office, so do not bother visiting and keep trying with their phone number people.
