- Alex Jarosz Review added: 2017.12.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT USE FOR COLLECT PLUS. The woman working there had no idea whats happening around her, she didnt know how to use measuring tape! I went to post off my parcel and she was stating she cannot accept parcel bigger than 50cm x 30cm x 30xm because she doesnt have space. She was very rude. I asked her for measuring tape and explained parcel was barely 30x20x20. She got the tape and although it was way less than required by her own policy, she said she is not going to accept it. She was too busy talking to her friend to even apologise. I made a bit of a fuss but she literally asked me to go away!! So I did and I am sending an angry email to collect plus now. Hopefully they stop their relationship with this place!! Management should really look into this.
