- Alison White Review added: 2018.11.09★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Their products are good quality however I had an issue with paypal timing out and re-paid, but it went through twice! They asked me how to proceed and I asked for a refund for the 2nd transaction but I never got it (I did get the original order). Like Nizan Klinghoffer above, I have not had any luck in contacting them on the phone about this and they refuse to discuss it via email or give me their number. I would love it if they could just give me the duplicate payment back
