Incompetent staff, uncontactable property manager, stole property from out building without warning, don't treat gas leaks as emergency (left us without heating over the entire Christmas period), for £85/month service charge they provide cleaners that make the building stink and leave all the access doors open when they leave. Possibly the worst experience I've ever had renting.
