  I have had the worst experience with this company. Highly un professional and acting very dubious. Based on my experience, I will not advise my worst enemy to buy hair from them. They are not trustworthy. I ordered 360 frontal online and when the item finally got delivered, It wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I checked online and found that there was an exchange only policy ( within 7 days). Due to work, I wasn’t able to get to their woolwich branch so I had my sister take it to them. They were so convincing and took the hair off her stating they will exchange it within few days. She would get a text and to come back to collect it.
  This is over 4 weeks ago. My sister got several texts and went to the shop. Behold, it is one story or the other. My sister eventually asked to just get any replacement from the shop which is well stocked and they claim that because it was an online order , she can’t release any of the hair. I have emailed , called, etc. Basically they are good at writing polite emails to cover their butts but they have zero professionalism. They respond when they want to. Now I have £130 with them. The initial hair I returned, with them. So they have my money and there is still no progress as to when I will get an exchange or my money back.
  
  I will advise my worst enemy to avoid them. This is highly unacceptable and I have clearly told them that they will give my money or the hair. Because I did not work to hand out my money to dubious characters.
