From the moment Valerie took my booking over the phone - I felt they truly wanted to help and made me feel relaxed. I have been to A LOT of bridal shops before coming here from the start Jan have me a warm welcome and was kind and understanding. I found my perfect dress in the 4th dress we tried on and I did not want to try any more dresses on - it was the one! And it was Jans recommendation... i was not rushed or felt pressured which made a difference compared to some other shops I previously attended.
Being able to have my alterations done in the same shop was brilliant as I felt comfortable around all the ladies. It’s the little things they do which goes a long way and I cannot thank you all enough.
My dress is perfect, I couldn’t be more happier and cannot wait to come back with my sister in a few months to help her find her dress.
