Never signed up to subscribe even rang to say I did not want any further coins was advised at the time no further coins would be delivered.
Having thought that the company the London Mint Office would be capable of how to update customers records.
Alas not the case!
This September I received an email saying my account was overdue with a sum of £52.00.
I contacted LMO asking what was happening. Apparently my record had NOT updated & having since moved the coins had been delivered to my old address.
I was promised a letter would be sent for me to sign sayiing no delivery received (which I hadn't requested anyway)!
A letter did arrive to my new address which contained an invoice & further more saying if not paid an administration fee would be added to the outstanding balance!!!!
I received another letter to sign (the one I should have received in the first place of non delivery) this was signed & returned the same day.
To date 26/10/17 still waiting for the £52.00 to be cleared from my no account.
Never would I order from this company again.
