Despite making last minute request to experience my first ever float, the London Floatation Centre were able to accommodate me, and wow it was one of the best things I've ever done.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were super welcoming, greeting me with excellent advice on how to approach the whole thing. Dominika was a brilliant host - thank you!!!
The float itself was actually life changing... it made me feel all Zen-like and able to navigate through life in a way that enjoys the moment, and keeps much of the noise that usually stresses me out at a healthy distance. I can't recommend this enough, and will certainly be making this a regular part of my life.
