SEN team to Pupil service back and forth. SEN team is mostly out of office so cannot reach them. I would actually move house not to have to deal with these people again. It would be easier to get hold of God himself than to get through to them on the telephone...which would be fine if their online service portal wasn't such a joke. I've dealt with many councils in my time and what Newham get away with is literally jaw dropping. If you have a choice, DO NOT BUY A HOUSE IN NEWHAM!
