  If you are looking for a nice bar/restaurant with a friendly vibe, then DO NOT enter this establishment. I came recently with a group of friends and family to find staff unwelcoming and unaccommodating. Upon arrival we were not greeted, only acknowledged with sour looks with little to no customer service. Immediately feeling unwanted, with staff avoiding us after our first drinks with no intent to ask us for more or refills. The whole venue was practically empty at 6pm having 2/3 small tables outside occupied. Given that our arrival would have livened the place up and provided them with a good opportunity for business, we were made to feel most unwelcome, mostly due to a conversation had with an unhelpful and rude general manager. Having visited the establishment a few times before, I was upset to see that the cocktail happy hour had been removed. Which ultimately resulted in paying extra for drinks from rude staff and feeling unwelcome. The only positive I have left is the aesthetics of the venue are nice. Other than that, I am very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.
