A store that I have enjoyed the shopping experience at for over a decade, for being, the best for availability of good quality at the most competitive prices.
Now:
Somewhere I only go to when without an alternative because all the facilities have deteriorated despite the efforts of having had exceptionally hard working managers
Staff have made entirely unfounded accusations of theft against me.
One of the security staff has actually attacked & assaulted me on more than one occasion(4), and even called the police on one occasion having made entirely false allegations which the duty managed dismissed. It beggars belief that they are still using this lunatic till present.
So, currently, it is somewhere I avoid unless without an alternative.
