  It is not easy to get a good service and reasonable price in London at the same time, yet I loved my experience with lovely Violetta who listened carefully to what I exactly want with my hair color and did it just as I wanted. She is a very sweet and kind lady as well:)
  The place is not fancy but What is more important for me is the service which I was totally happy with.

  DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
  
  Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff
  
  This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I visited in February with my mum, I left in tears and completely distressed at the mess they had caused.
  
  We both went in for a balayage, we’d booked a week ago but they hadn’t made a note of the booking.
  
  One of the hairdressers seemed to be in charge and gave the other orders. They walked off and were already mixing the hair dye before we’d even finished explaining. It seems as if they were in a rush to leave (on a Sunday morning).
  
  - They were using magazines instead of foil or a balayage board
  
  - Left the bleach on my hair for so long that my hair stretches like chewing gum and crumbles at the end
  
  - They were incredibly rude and defensive when we asked if the bleach should come off
  
  - They obviously had no knowledge of how to do a balayage
  
  - They put on a very light brown hair dye on my natural black hair without permission to conceal the mess they created
  
  - They made no effort whatsoever to blend the lightened parts, as a result I have horizontal lines all cross my hair where the dye meets the bleach
  
  When she started blow drying my hair, I realised how awful it had turned out and as a result they said they would put a toner on it to fix it. While they were putting on the toner, they were arguing with me and told me i’m taking up their next clients appointment. The toner turned my hair a murky, green- blonde and by this time I was in tears and told them not to touch it anymore.
  
  I went into the salon with natural, dark hair with a grown out ombre. I left the salon with bright ginger hair, with dark, horizontal lines across and bleach blonde ends crumbling away.
  
  They also ruined my mums hair in the same way but still claim that they did their job well!
  
  I highly doubt that they both hold legitimate certificates. They have ruined my hair to an extent that my new hairdresser said it is the worst balayage he has seen in the 8 years he’s been working.
  
  I’ll need to spend £300-£400 just to return my hair to an acceptable colour and condition.
