She is the first of osteo/physios who I have seen that could tell me what issues I had, and spotted related issues in a holistic manner. She also made excellent recommendations to another women's physio as well as a very relevant holistic core restore programme. She also has been out of her way to work directly with my personal trainer to advice on the right type of exercises to do. As it is a very specialised area, she gave me excellent advice throughout, and she taught me how to do pelvic floor exercises properly.
