When they arrived they were very different in colour to what was on the website and on the computer screen in store.
I refused to take them as they were extremely different but was told I'm not going to be able to get a refund so I may as well take the product.
I left thinking I can call customer service who told me if I had ordered it online I could have returned it but because I ordered it in store I don't have the right!
