- Xinye Li Review added: 2018.11.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely unprofessional. Didn't show up during viewing. Can't provide the contract on the moving day. Not matter how far the tenants are they always insist tenants to come to the office to deal with everything. You can't really feel you are taken care of. Asked for 2 months notice after we have paid the deposit, and argued that this is industry standard. Now we are stuck with them for 6 months but quite certain don't intend to deal with them more than the minimum necessary. You don't get much for the 75 per person admin fee.
