Do not spend your hard earned money here. The receptionist ( the one who wears glasses ) got into a screaming match with me over something that was HER fault. Do not say one thing to customers and then do the opposite just because it suits you. The way she approached the situation was disgusting and i was very upset. she was hostile, rude and worst she shouted instead of calmly explaining. I have never experienced that sort of treatment ever in a salon. I have been coming to La boutique for years with the old management and it was never like this. Please train your staff on how to speak to customers. the staff are inexperienced and VERY SLOW. and trust me the nails do not last. £14 when other shops in the area are £12 and the service and quality of nails are MUCH better!!! Avoid.
