The owner had a very sarcastic and patronising tone when I booked over the phone also asking loads of ridiculous questions.
On my way back up to reception after a very frustrating facial (asked for more pressure during the massage 3 times) after my therapist left me to get ready, I heard her and the owner talking about a client which had left. Talking about her behaviour and appearance. It was very unprofessional and quite horrible to hear and made me wonder what they said about me when I left..
