I bought a car where two of the tyres were constantly losing air. The dealership sent me to Kwik Fit for it to be repaired as they have an account with them.
Kwik Fit suggested replacing all four tires - the two that were losing air, another one whose tread depth was close to the legal limit and another one that was starting to wear out.
However, after they realized this is a business account and talked to the dealership, suddenly only two tyres were to be replaced and the other two seemed to be fine (the tread depth was close to the legal limit, yes, but above it, so it's not a problem, right?).
Overall they gave the impression they will try to get a private customer to fork out money for unnecessary tyre replacements, while doing the bare minimum when one of their accounts pays for it.
They had a chance to win my trust as a customer by showing me they have *my* best interest in mind. They have shown the opposite.
I've had the two other tyres replaced by an authorized dealership of my car manufacturer, for the same price, with much more confident they'll be doing professional work.
