    Really bad!

    - they mopped the floor with a filthy mop
    - they had run out of the meals me and my friend wanted to order
    - they didn't know what a knife and fork is!!! Really! I couldn’t believe you can get a job in a restaurant and not know what the English for knife and fork is! All staff were really poor English speakers, it was very difficult to order. A customer had to show me where the cutlery was!

    - my friend ordered a vegetarian meal and after a few bites thought something was not right. She picked out small pieces of something that looked like chicken or fish. She had already double checked it was veggie before buying. The staff assured us it was veggie, but there were small pieces of something that had the texture of meat and it smelled fishy. She didn't eat it.

    - my sweet and sour chicken had a few fragments of bone in it

    - I feel ill after eating there. Not food poisoning, just feel nasty, probably due to the amount of sugar in the sweet and sour. Not a good choice.

And this isn't Kokoro's fault, but there were a couple of customers who were eating in such a disgusting way I wanted to hurl! They were eating so noisily, it was really unpleasant to eat anywhere near them. I was out the door as quick as I could. Neither me or my friend finished our meals.

Cheap eat when you don't know what to have.

Their chicken katsu curry is always very popular, I liked it.
But recently found out the batter is getting thinker & the chicken is getting thinner - and the price has gone up.

That's why I have been going there less & less.
