- M Johnson Review added: 2018.05.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a terrible experience with Kodak Express Camden. I booked a make up and photo session more than two weeks ago. The person that took my booking was very helpful, she confirmed the time and date with the make up artist, I later paid the £50.00 deposit.
On Wednesday 7th February I arrived early for my 10am session. The person that 'greeted' me seemed to be surprised that I had arrived and that I did not have a baby with me, as they 'usually' take photos of babies. The make up artist had not arrived, ~ 5 minutes before the session. I waited patiently, I was spoken to a few times by a member of staff who apologised for the delay. After 20 minutes I was resigned to the fact that the makeup artist would not be arriving. She apparently had not answered any of the calls to her and had not called Kodak Express to cancel / explain her no show.
I am thoroughly disappointed by my experience. A concerning lack of professionalism.
I would give no stars however it is impossible to post the review with no stars!
