- Kieran Jeffrey Review added: 2018.02.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Exactly the same situation, I spent a month without hot water and other utilities shut off, mould everywhere. The final straw was when someone broke into my home (run by Kingsman Estates) and threatened me with a meat cleaver demanding drug money.
At my request they terminated the contract and promised to return my deposit within 10 days then ceased all communication with no sign of the deposit.
