They said none were available which I could not understand when we had prebooked a return so dropped off but not collected disgraceful!

Our driver, Mr. Mamut, was prompt and patient, driving me and 5 five family members around Northamptonshire, while my wife and mother in law explored places of their childhood. We went a bit over our estimated time, and still they honored the quoted rate. An hour after being dropped off, I realized I had lost my wallet. The King Cars team was most concerned and helpful, ultimately finding and returning my wallet intact!!!

Was completely rude telling me he could smell the alcohol on me and I needed to go home and have a hot shower. Asked me if he could get to know me better and was totally inappropriate the entire time. Way too personal and intrusive and made me feel uncomfortable. He then told me the fare was going to be £16, not the £12 I was quoted, and even though I felt I shouldn't have to give him a penny gave him everything in my purse which amounted to £14. He threatened to call the police, then had his manager ring me 3 times in the day. During these phone calls the manager told me he didn't care about what the driver said to me and just wanted the full fare. Do yourself a favour and never use them. I only put one star because 0 stars is not an option.
