I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong version of my phone. I politely asked their Support whether they had any idea for a solution for me; instead of being met with understanding, their policy pages were quoted for me with a rather hostile undertone, and in broken English with more typos than the Trump twitter account.
I would have been perfectly happy had they simply told me that there is nothing they can do to help.
