  I did the 7 day mastery course. Absolutely worth my time and money.
  
  I'd been unhappy with how things were going, and I knew things needed to change. Watching videos and reading testimonials weren't enough; I never had the confidence to put it into practice. I knew that if I wanted to make a difference to myself, I'd have to really go for it. Kezia's website really highlighted how I could go about this, all without pretending to be someone I'm not.
  The course was incredible. Every day and night was packed full of information and experience; I practised and practised, learning what worked for me; both inner and outer game were greatly focused on. I was handed the tools I needed for me to change the way I perceived myself and things around me. Every coach was really supportive, each having their own experience to bring to the table. By the end of the course I was experiencing zero approach anxiety, a stronger sense of confidence within me, and fantastic results!

  The 7-day mastery program is NOT designed for men who want to stay in their comfort zones.
  I have been on a few self development courses and events over the years ( not all dating related) and I always found them to be a little underwhelming. There's always a lot of talk about taking action and 'striking whilst the iron's hot' and all that stuff, but usually it ends up just being very theoretical. Lots of people sitting around taking notes, and basically tons of retrospection.
  The 7-Day Mastery Program with Kezia Noble was the complete opposite to that. She and her team of instructors (male and female by the way!) really pushed me out of my comfort zone. Of course there was theory and some heavy work on inner game but the majority of the time was spent on me actually going out there with them and DOING IT. I learned a lot more about myself when I took action, then I could ever get from just theory alone.
  If you want to get out of your comfort zone then you should really consider this.
