I had Tanzila managing my rented property and the behaviour was beyond unacceptable. She was rude on a number of occasions, patronising and without the slightest clue in customer service. One example is that, when my mattress was reported damaged with evidence proving so, I was told in the most condescending manner that perhaps the problem lay with my back, and that I should get it checked out. They also ripped us off in fees, so much so that we had to report it. Do not expect this agency to do you any service and expect the worst attitude. I’m not quite sure how this business is still running to be honest.
