Katerina is a very knowledgeable, professional and profound yoga teacher. She is constantly developing herself and her class is always a little different with incorporating vast variety of challenges and relaxing our busy minds techniques in. Her style is a well coordinated and balanced mixture of rocket yoga, prana kriya yoga, vinyasa flow, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, iyengar yoga and yoga nindra with the main focus on body alignment.
