Was excited to see this store after falling in love with their velvety scarves at Liberty (Hence, the three stars) However, the service here is inconsistent and at times lukewarm. I reserved a women's turtleneck; they promised to come back to me but never did. Terrible services. Ended up ordering everything on their online store.
