I was joking about it being one of those places that charges an arm and a leg for filled pasta, and was appalled when my £13.50 “main meal” tortellini arrived; 6 pieces! It was tasty but I had to go to the supermarket to get food afterwards.
Disappointingly, if the waitress had given us a set menu option when we arrived, I would have got a starter and main meal for £12.95. Had no idea they had a set menu until the couple next to us were offered it!
To finish it off, I asked to pay by touch, the waitress took my card, scanned it and walked away without giving me a receipt!
I’m only giving it 2 stars because the little food we did have was tasty, but you’re better off going to the Zizzi next door!!!
