Unfortunately, when it arrived it was broken due to poor handling by the courier despite the ample packaging. I called and was put through immediately and spoke to a lovely lady called Evie who seemed genuinely concerned about what had happened. She send a replacement on next day delivery with a different courier and with extra packaging and it has arrived safe and sound. I have shopped with Jackson’s on numerous occaisions and this was just another excellent experience. I love them.
