- Chrissy Review added: 2018.03.07★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I always pop in here to grab some sushi on the go. I seriously cannot believe how bad the service is with the staff here. Not all of them but good god, some are just terrible. I tend to pop in the late afternoon and twice when i've paid and gotten my sushi, they literary throw it in the bag in the most uncaring and sloppy way! I was so shocked. I mean, the logo of itsu is 'eat beautifully' or something. Now, why would the chefs take all that care in the packaging only for it to be carelessly thrown in the bag with no consideration what so ever. That''s my dinner in there man! Also, paying good money for it. Was so annoyed. Also, a few times I've purchased the large box of sushi and they accidentally package the tiny soy sauce, so weird. Not impressed, if you want squashed sushi and rude staff, go ahead. It's so worth it to walk an extra 5 mins for the next itsu. Get it together Itsu- Hampstead Road.
