- Nix O Review added: 2018.03.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This shop provides low quality not fit for purpose repairs which means that less than a month after paying £100 for a screen replacement I am worse off with a screen that's even more cracked than before.
Getting out of bed one morning my phone fell onto my CARPET and the screen cracked! This was not from a high height and, even if it was, a screen should not crack when falling onto a softly cushioned floor! Apple screens not only withstand regular usage but a couple of falls onto HARD floors - even from a height.
I immediately went to the store to flag that this was unacceptable. They refused to do anything about it. It was only when I pressed that I was told the "best" they could do was provide a half price repair. I refused this as why should I have to pay for a service again that is obviously so rubbish and shoddy that they use crappy materials which break less than a month after installation.
This is despite them charging a price in line with how much Apple charge for their repairs. I tried to contact them via Twitter as they had no customer service contact details on their website and no one bothered to reply to me.
I will NEVER use their services again. There are plenty of other repair services that provide much better customer service who are also cheaper too - so avoid at all costs!
